The publication focuses on the assessment of local service provision in Gori municipality, identification of cooperation setups between local government and civic organizations, and study of public attitudes.

The publication was prepared by the Gori Information Centre as part of the CSO grants contest carried out by UNDP within the framework of its project “Supporting Public Administration Reform in Georgia” funded by UK aid from the UK Government.
