This publication presents the results of a review and update of Georgia’s draft bylaws under the Law on Industrial Emissions. It covers a comparison with EU requirements, consultations with public, private, and civil society institutions. The report brings together legal analysis and practical recommendations aimed at strengthening the country’s industrial emissions framework and ensuring full alignment with the requirements of the European Union, including Directive 2010/75/EU.
