The "Wasteless World" drawing competition, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, concluded on 15 November 2023.

The competition was opened from 23 October 2023 for the students of fine arts academies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of inspiring them to visually present a future without waste. 

The expert jury selected nine entries that best corresponded to the competition criteria.

The top three winners are:

1. Emina Alagić, student of the International University in Sarajevo

2. Jelena Ramić, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Široki Brijeg

3. Kenan Čilić, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo

In addition, the drawings of the following talented authors were also selected:

• Ajla Ahmećanović, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo

• Azra Lilić, student of the International University in Sarajevo

• Dominik Josip Teisler, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Široki Brijeg

• Binasa Memić, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo

• Sajra Zulčić, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo

• Martina Reč, student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo

The top three winners will be awarded a high-end professional graphics tablet with a smart pen, and the other winners will receive a mid-range professional pen tablet - tools that help artists, designers, video game developers, photographers, and videographers translate their creative visions to the screen.
