This report analyses the presence of gender considerations within existing tax laws, identifying key challenges and inherent biases within the current tax system that contribute to gender disparities, and it recommends targeted reforms to promote equality in taxation policies. 

The study highlights the necessity for gender-sensitive tax legislation, the establishment of gender-balanced tax administrations, and the assurance of fair and equitable enforcement processes.
