This document outlines Bhutan’s strategic plan to implement its Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) under the Paris Agreement. It focuses on accelerating climate action by integrating mitigation and adaptation efforts across key sectors—energy, agriculture, forests, and waste. In partnership with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Royal Government of Bhutan, Green Climate Fund, and UNDP, the project enhances policy coherence, strengthens institutional capacity, and promotes inclusive stakeholder engagement to help Bhutan remain carbon-neutral and climate-resilient.
