Mulapwa joined UNDP in August, 2023 as a Communications Officer for the Strengthening Climate Resilience of Agricultural Livelihoods in Agro-Ecological Regions I and II in Zambia (SCRALA) project. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with UNDP as the accredited entity. She holds over five years of diverse experience in communication, advocacy, media, journalism, public relations, and Social Behaviour Change Communication from various sectors, including International Non-Governmental Organizations, the UN, and government agencies. She brings a wealth of expertise to the table, making them a valuable asset in driving impactful communication strategies. Mulapwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia.
