This final report presents the results and impact of the Leave No One Behind (LNB2) Phase II Programme in Albania (2021–2025), jointly implemented by UNDP, UNICEF, UN Women and UNFPA in partnership with the Government of Albania and with support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. It highlights key achievements in strengthening social protection, advancing social inclusion, and supporting municipalities to deliver integrated, gender-responsive services for vulnerable groups across the country.
