Six ReLOaD3 Partner Municipalities Launch Their First Public Call for Proposals for Civil Society Organizations

The six partner municipalities of the ReLOaD3 Programme—Mirditë, Shkodër, Lezhë, Kavajë, Divjakë, and Berat—have officially launched their First Public Call for Proposals for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The Calls are implemented at the municipal level, with each municipality defining its own specific objectives, priority areas, and thematic focus, in line with local development strategies and identified community needs. These priorities were established through a consultative process with local civil society organizations, ensuring that the Calls reflect both institutional priorities and community perspectives.
Civil society organizations operating in areas such as environment, tourism, culture, youth, and European integration are invited to apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Call documentation.

The ReLOaD3 Programme is funded by the European Union in Albania and implemented by UNDP, in close cooperation with local government authorities.
