UNDP Zimbabwe values stakeholders in all its activities. The SRM is intended for use by external stakeholders directly affected by UNDP project implementation. SRM should ensure that all people affected by projects have access to appropriate grievance resolution procedures for hearing and addressing project-related complaints and disputes. Effective stakeholder engagement helps to avoid conflicts.
