HR & Payroll service modalities
1. Full administration of your agency’s HR benefits and entitlements, and payroll functions.
2. A hybrid approach: partly taking care of your agency’s HR benefits and entitlements, while offering full payroll administration.
3. System agnostic payroll administration services only.
4. Join the UN Quantum Consortium to leverage the benefits of our modern cloud-based ERP platform – provides for end-to-end HR, payroll, finance, project management and procurement processes.
Our track-record (2025)
- 122K+ HR service transactions processed, including support to 40K+ personnel (with 70% from UN entities), covering international, local, and non-staff categories across 45 UN entities in 170+ countries and territories.
- $2.3BN in payroll processed annually for 50K personnel across 170 locations, with 55% of payroll services delivered to UN entities.
- Management of 1,873 JPOs for UNDP and 11 partner UN entities between 2018-2025
- Development and maintenance of the UN Gender Dashboard for 35+ entities.
- Provision of the Partner Personnel Services Agreement (PPSA) non-staff contractual modality to eight UN entities (UNAIDS, FAO, IFAD, IMO, ITC, UNFPA, UNSSC, and UN Women), covering approximately 1,900 contracts
- Provision of the Service Contract (SC) non-staff contractual modality to 28 UN entities, covering up to 3,500 contracts throughout 2025, which are administered by UNDP Country Offices and GSSC.
