Common Back Office Leadership
Leveraging UNDP’s extensive country-based operational footprint, UNDP leads two of the four active Common Back Offices (CBOs) worldwide. Brazil and Viet Nam CBOs, launched in May 2024, provide a foundation for UNDP’s forthcoming CBO bids. This offering is enabled through a dedicated service management tool leveraging UNDPs established UNall (ServiceNow) platform. It allows cost-savings, improved services quality, and increased focus on programme delivery. (Photo: © UNDP/Iris Cruz.
