Unlocking the Potential of Youth in Ukraine

The research provides insights into how young Ukrainians are navigating the challenges of war and economic uncertainty while shaping the country’s future. The report highlights youth resilience, strong civic engagement, and a deep sense of national identity, alongside persistent concerns about employment opportunities, declining entrepreneurial intent, and trust in institutions. It also examines social inclusion trends and attitudes towards marginalized groups.

The research was conducted with support from UNDP in Ukraine and the Centre for Sustainable Peace and Democratic Development (SeeD) under the flagship EU4Recovery partnership between the EU and UNDP, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
