The Ukrainian Ministry for Ministry for Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure Development has prioritized establishing a compliance system for 2023-2025. The initial step is assessing professionalism, coordination, and interaction among anti-corruption officers who combat corruption within the ministry by developing and implementing anti-corruption policies.

Based on the evaluation, the “Strategy for the Professional Development of Anti-Corruption Units of  the System of the Ministry for Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine for 2023-2024” was developed.

The strategy’s main objectives are to:

  •  Prepare leaders in the anti-corruption field;

  •  Provide professional training and enhance the qualifications of anti-corruption officers;

  •  Develop and implement a coordination framework for anti-corruption officers within the ministry's affiliated enterprises, institutions, and organizations; and

  •  Implement measures to promote anti-corruption awareness among personnel and integrate it into the Ministry’s corporate culture.

The Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, with support from the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine and financial assistance of the governments of Japan and Germany, developed the strategy for the professional development of anti-corruption officers.
