The document offers simple and effective recommendations for MPs and their teams’ members on how to draft laws free of any corruption-causing factors. In addition, it will help to understand who can declare a submitted draft law as non-complying with the anti-corruption law and in which cases. The recommendations are aimed at eliminating or minimising corruption risks resulting from shortcomings of draft laws, and will help to improve the quality and efficacy of the legislation.
