Public Monitoring Guidelines

These Guidelines were produced as a result of the UNDP small grants project ‘Public Monitoring of the Delivery, Availability and Use of Medicines at the Local Level’ undertaken in 2017 and 2018. They reflect input from project implementing partners and a wide range of stakeholders. These Guidelines aim to contribute to the fair and transparent provision of free medicines to patients, in particular by helping civil society organizations promote necessary change, take advocacy steps to protect patients’ rights and prevent discrimination.
