The Turkmenistan Knowledge Café is an innovative platform at UNDP Turkmenistan designed to foster learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. It provides a dedicated space where staff can hear from international and national experts, exchange experiences, share lessons learned from the best global practices, and explore ideas to strengthen our programmes and internal processes.

Sessions typically feature discussions on topics such as digital innovation, e-governance, project design, and creative approaches to development challenges. Participants engage in interactive conversations, reflect on lessons from other UNDP country offices, and brainstorm practical applications for Turkmenistan’s development context.

This practice has become an important part of the office’s internal transformation. By encouraging peer-to-peer learning, promoting knowledge exchange, and highlighting innovative solutions, the Knowledge Café helps staff stay informed, inspired, and better equipped to deliver impactful results.
