For Timor-Leste to meet its obligations under the Rio Conventions it must be able to efficiently and effectively integrate global environmental priorities into planning, decision-making, and reporting processes. The GEF’s Cross-Cutting Capacity Development Project assists Timor-Leste in building foundational capacities and information systems for the national MultilateralEnvironment Agreement (MEA) obligations and to monitor impact and progress.
