In 2025, the Community Infrastructure for Resilience Project (CIReP) completed the construction of 11 community infrastructures in the municipalities of Bobonaro, Ermera, Liquica, and Oe-cusse. The infrastructures include water supply systems, public toilets, small-scale bridges, rainwater harvesting systems, gabion walls, and a maternity health center, which benefit a total of 41,375 people (50% women) in the target municipalities.
