The Balkaun Uniku Network intends to revolutionize access to essential administrative services by breaching geographical barriers and ensuring decentralized access and convenience for all citizens. By leveraging technology and digital solutions, the Balkaun Uniku will facilitate seamless interactions and simplify procedures, empowering individuals to effectively access the public services they need.

Furthermore, the establishment of the Center for Administrative Modernization will play a pivotal role in spearheading institutional reforms and knowledge sharing. It will serve as a hub for research, training, and innovation, offering valuable insights to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness at all levels.
UNDP and MSA are confident that this partnership will foster positive transformation, augmenting public sector capacities for the benefit of citizens and society as a whole. This turn is foundational to achieving our shared goals of accelerating sustainable development that delivers for the people of Timor-Leste.
