Mwenzie Banda is a Research Assistant at UNDP Zambia, supporting evidence-based policy, strategic planning, and programme implementation. She contributes to research, data analysis, and the development of knowledge products that inform decision-making and programme design. Her work includes providing technical support to national development processes, strengthening stakeholder coordination, and supporting policy dialogue. 

Mwenzie holds a Master of Commerce in Economics from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
