This Deal Book consolidates 68 priority investment projects anchored across multiple strategic institutional pillars, Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA), the Ministry of Blue Economy and Fisheries / Zanzibar Planning Commission (MoBE&F/ZPC), Zanzibar Fisheries Corporation (ZAFICO), the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar / ZECO, the National Water Fund (NWF/RUWASA), the National Roads Network / PPP Projects Pipeline (TANROADS), the National Development Corporation / Ministry of Industry and Trade (NDC/MIT), and the Zanzibar Investor Deal Book pipeline.

These projects represent a diversified, investment-ready pipeline of approximately USD 6.57 billion, spanning nature based tourism, blue economy assets, fisheries and aquaculture, ports and logistics, energy and grid infrastructure, strategic water systems, national roads/ PPP infrastructure, industrial development, and renewable energy. Together, investors this pipeline offers scale, sectoral diversification, strong public-sector backing, clear entry points for concessional and blended finance, and aligned impact across growth, climate resilience, and inclusion.
