With support from the UNDP Insurance and Risk Finance Facility (IRFF) initiative in Tanzania, UNDP contributed to the review and finalization of the National Inclusive Insurance Strategy 2025–2030 (NIIS), in collaboration with the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) and other key stakeholders. The NIIS provides an important national framework for expanding access to insurance services and advancing financial inclusion, particularly for underserved and vulnerable populations.
