UNDP’s Access to Justice, Security and Human Rights Strengthening Programme aims to strengthen the Rule of Law by providing technical, policy and capacity building support to local actors, increase access to justice, ensure security and promote accountability for human rights violations.

This report presents the 2021 programme milestones, financial performance, challenges faced during the implementation and lessons learnt. The report also shows how the programme is addressing cross cutting issues such as gender, human rights, environmental consultations in our programming to achieve sustainable development.
