Public Call for Participation in the Implementation of Activities within the “Centre for Supporting the Digital Transformation of Public Administration”

The Office for IT and eGovernment (ITE), in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites organizations with experience in the field of digital transformation and innovation, as well as experience in delivering training on the use of information technologies, to apply for participation in the implementation of activities within the “Centre for Supporting the Digital Transformation of Public Administration”.
The Centre is located within the House of eGovernment and represents an operational platform which, in cooperation with UNDP, provides support to ITE in the digital transformation of public administration through public‑private dialogue, joint development and testing of digital and regulatory solutions, as well as through the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of e‑government and digital public services.
Organizations selected through this public call will implement activities within the Centre and are expected to contribute to the following objectives:
Improving the strategic and regulatory framework for the digital transformation of public administration, based on research and analysis.
Developing and enhancing digital public services for citizens and businesses, with a particular focus on improving user experience and the accessibility of electronic services on the eGovernment Portal.
Strengthening knowledge and skills for the use and/or provision of electronic services (eID, eMailbox, ePayment, eRegistry, eZUP, etc.) through training and other forms of education for the public, private and civil sectors, as well as for citizens.
Improving dialogue and cooperation between the private, public and civil sectors, as well as coordinating initiatives and international support in the field of digital transformation.
Strengthening user trust, awareness and satisfaction with eGovernment and other electronic public services through promotional activities.
