OBJECTIVE
This methodology aims to revitalize miro and small enterprise business models through comprehensive support, boosting productive capacity, modernizing operations, and strengthening market connections. The goal is to enhance competitiveness and drive long-term sustainability.

Intervention model
Strengthens the management of MSMEs through structured technical support focused on sustainability and continuous improvement. In groups of up to 20 companies, a consultant provides support for three months with biweekly training and individual technical assistance, ensuring the practical application of tools for business growth.
