This tracer study report presents findings from the AGUKA/YouthConnekt Programme from 2022 to 2025, assessing its contribution to youth entrepreneurship, job creation, income growth, and community development in Rwanda. 

Drawing on data from 1,903 beneficiaries, key informant interviews, and case studies, the report highlights both programme achievements and persistent challenges, including limited access to affordable finance, gender and inclusion barriers, high operational costs, and the predominance of short-term jobs. It also outlines key lessons and recommendations to strengthen mentorship, sustainability, and the long-term impact of youth employment and enterprise support programmes.
