The overall objective of the project is to ensure that regional and local development are inclusive, evidence based and gender sensitive and fully address the development needs of the least developed municipalities.

  • Develop and implement innovative models of inter-municipal cooperation using the lens of equity and apply the principle of leaving no one behind.
  • Support inter-municipal cooperation projects and introduce innovative digital solutions in the established inter-municipal cooperation.
