The project aims to address systemic challenges by strengthening governance, enhancing institutional capacities, and advancing sustainable infrastructure development. The project is structured around three key outcome areas: Outcome 1: Accountable Institutions and Public Sector Transformation, Outcome 2: Resilient Infrastructure and Green Transition, and Outcome 3: Future-Ready Society through Skills and Innovation.
