UNDP supports the Kyrgyz Republic in strengthening micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as engines of inclusive and sustainable economic growth, in line with the National Development Programme of the Kyrgyz Republic to 2030 and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Working with the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and other national partners, UNDP helped advance trade competitiveness, strengthen the regulatory environment for entrepreneurship, and deliver direct support to hundreds of enterprises across the country’s regions.
