SUBJECT: Deadline Extension for Tender of Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of PV Systems for Targeted Water Facilities in Multiple West Bank Locations

The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), under the Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus Project, hereby extend the submission deadline for additional two week to submit bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of PV systems for targeted water facilities in multiple locations across the West Bank. The tender is divided into three separate lots based on geographical areas: Lot 01, Lot 02, and Lot 03.

The new tender deadline shall read as follows:
- Submission Deadline: 21 April 2026 at 14.00 p.m (Jerusalem time zone)
- Inquires/ Question Deadline: shall be submitted only into Qunatum portal before COB 9 April 2026
- Answer to clarification will be shared through Quantum portal by maximum 15 April 2026
Bids should be submitted directly in the online portal no later than indicated deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on UNDP Oracle Quantum Portal will be FINAL and prevail on any other deadline appearing on other websites.
