The guide emphasizes the importance of meaningful engagement, equity, and accountability, offering actionable recommendations, evaluation tools, and a matrix of over 80 platforms. It is designed for practitioners at all levels, with a special focus on the Global Majority and UNDP Country Offices, and aims to strengthen democratic participation and advance the Sustainable Development Goals through safe and inclusive digitalization.
