Implemented over seven months, the Growing Your Business (GYB) programme supported 8 businesses in Viti/Vitina through a structured process of diagnostics, tailored consultancy, training, and equipment support. The methodology focuses on improving financial, managerial, and production capacities for sustainable expansion.

Key Achievements:

• 768 hours of technical assistance,
• 25% increase in sales,
• 36% improvement in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
• 11 new jobs created (7 women, 4 men),
• 43 employees trained,
• 17 new products developed,
• Participation in 11 local and international fairs,
• 4 B2B agreements signed, with 10 more facilitated.

The GYB approach proved effective in enabling local businesses to enhance their competitiveness, boost productivity, and build long-term market strategies.
