During a drive-by handover on Thursday 11 February 2021, the GCCA+ Suriname Adaptation - Phase 2 Project provided IT Equipment and office supplies to the Planning Unit of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The handover occurred with no physical contact and in observation of the Covid-19 measures instructed by the Government of Suriname. The provided items will enable the institutional strengthening of the ministry in support of improvements in Water Governance and Integrated Water Resource Management in Suriname.
The GCCA+ Phase 2 Project is co-financed by the European Union and supported by the Government of Suriname.
