Who are the decision makers?
UNDP Country Office in Montenegro is managed by Ekaterina Paniklova, UNDP Resident Representative, and Silke Hollander, UNDP Deputy Resident Representative, who ensure effective day-to-day management of the UNDP office in the country and take overall responsibility for UNDP's programs and operations to ensure coherence and strategic alignment of UNDP activities.
UNDP works in close collaboration with the Government of Montenegro, key line ministries, local self-governments, specialized institutions, international organizations, academia, private sector and a number of non-governmental and civil society organizations.

UNDP Resident Representative in Montenegro is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day management of UNDP Country Office and assumes overall responsibility for the UNDP programme and operations to ensure coherence and strategic direction of UNDP activities.
The Deputy Representative at UNDP plays a crucial role in managing programs and ensuring effective delivery of development results in alignment with national priorities.
Apart from the overall duties as the Assistant to the Resident Representative, Dragana Radević is responsible for the strategic policy and programme leadership of the Human Development and Social Inclusion Pillar, coordination and advising on the formulation and delivery of gender-responsive UNDP programmes, the strategic partnerships and support to resource mobilization.
Ivan Bošković is responsible for the strategic programme leadership, formulation and delivery of UNDP programmes, the strategic partnerships and resource mobilization under the respective Pillar.
Kaća Đuričković is the leader of the Gender Equality team, but also the RBEC Gender Equality SEAL Hub, which functions within the auspices of UNDP Montenegro as a centre of excellence, knowledge sharing and expertise dissemination in the field of Gender Equality.
Aleksandra Kiković is responsible for the strategic programme leadership, formulation and delivery of UNDP programmes, the strategic partnerships and resource mobilization under the respective Pillar.
Snežana Doljanica leads the Operations Team of the UNDP office in Montenegro, ensuring smooth functioning of the Country Office and its programmes’ and projects’ operations. She advises UNDP Senior Management on all aspects of CO management and operations. This includes strategic financial and human resources management, efficient procurement and logistical services, ICT and common services consistent with UNDP rules and regulations.
