This brochure provides a structured and comparative analysis of electoral processes in the Republic of Moldova from a gender equality perspective for the period 2021–2025. The publication aims to highlight developments, imbalances, and trends in the participation of women and men at different stages of the electoral process, contributing to a better understanding of gender dynamics in elections.

The brochure is structured into ten thematic chapters that cover the entire electoral cycle. The information is presented in a visual format, using charts, graphs, diagrams, and comparative tables that allow for quick data interpretation and support analysis and decision-making processes.

This brochure serves as a reference tool for public authorities, civil society organizations, researchers, and the media, contributing to the promotion of transparency, equal participation, and inclusive electoral processes.
