Business Mauritius launched a National Employee Engagement Survey in March 2023. This business community-wide study run in collaboration with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), was conducted by the international business management consultancy firm Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

The exercise aimed at providing employers with actionable data pertaining to crucial areas such as talent acquisition and retention, skills gaps, and employee sentiment and also sets out to improve Mauritius’ standing as a desirable place to find gainful employment on the international scene.
