Training in digital skills and transactions was a key part of the development of the ConVos Network - a system of nearby stores where neighbors could carry out online procedures of diverse kinds- resulting in time and distance savings for the residents.

The "Con Vos Network" is a project that scales an innovative territorial solution connecting community markets with digital inclusion. It consists of a network of local businesses, where neighbors can carry out digital procedures and transactions near their homes with the assistance of the merchants. In addition to enabling neighbors to do more online, thus promoting inclusive digitalization, they save the time and money involved in carrying out these procedures and transactions in person. To implement this solution, we invited businesses that already had a computer and internet access and trained their managers to offer this service, thus becoming part of the network. UNDP Argentina, led by the Co_Lab -the Acceleration Laboratory-, successfully implemented the network on two occasions so far: first in Concepción del Uruguay, in the province of Entre Ríos, in 2021, in partnership with the Municipal Government, and subsequently in Fray Mamerto Esquiú, in the province of Catamarca, in 2022, in partnership with the Municipal Government and the Undersecretariat of Administrative Innovation of the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers of the Nation.
