The Russia Trust Fund for Development (RTF) is a key partner in UNDP Kyrgyzstan’s work in supporting the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and National Development Programme 2030 of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As one of UNDP Kyrgyzstan’s key partners and contributors to its programmes, RTF has provided almost USD 11 million since 2018, driving local development, youth entrepreneurship, climate resilience, digital innovation, and supported the country in its socio-economic recovery from consequences of COVID-19. RTF’s support enables targeted investments and system-level transformations across priority sectors.

Russia also contributes to UNDP’s core resources, enabling agile and impactful support in advancing socio-economic development, strengthening institutional capacities, fighting climate change, and supporting communities in building sustainable livelihoods.
