The Kyrgyz Republic has prepared its third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) in accordance with the decisions of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention (1/CP.21) and the Paris Agreement. NDC 3.0 establishes a unified framework for the country’s development in the context of climate change and serves as a basis for planning, monitoring, and mobilizing finance.
