Executive summary of the National Baseline Assessment on Business and Human Rights in the Kyrgyz Republic

The assessment includes an aggregated analysis of the political and legislative B+HR framework, the actual source information, as well as key conclusions and recommendations that are to be taken into consideration in the course of promoting and ensuring enforcement of, and compliance with, the United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The study aimed to draft recommendations for state bodies, the business and civil society to develop a B+HR National Action Plan (NAP).
