The In Motion methodology, implemented under the UNDP Economic Resilience Programme, was piloted in the Municipality of Viti/Vitina with 12 selected businesses from sectors including tailoring, hairdressing, pet services, food and beverage, floristry, and bakeries.

Over a four-month period, these businesses received:

• Personalized consultancy,

• Commercial image upgrades,

• Group training sessions,

• Equipment tailored to their operational needs.

Key Results:

• Average monthly sales increase of 18%,

• Average monthly profit growth of 25%,

• Over 150 hours of personalized technical assistance delivered,

• Full implementation of the methodology across all 12 businesses.
