Strengthening Micro-Businesses with Tailored Support

The In Motion methodology, implemented under the UNDP Economic Resilience Programme, was delivered in the Municipality of Skënderaj/Srbica, supporting 12 selected micro-businesses operating across tailoring, retail, beauty services, tourism, and personal services.

Over a four-month period, these businesses received:

personalized consultancy,
commercial image upgrades,
group training sessions,
equipment aligned with service delivery and operational needs.

Key Results

19% average monthly sales increase,
€1,037.91 average monthly sales increase per beneficiary,
288 hours of total support delivered,
98% increase in the average value of business assets,
91% of businesses implementing marketing strategies,
12% increase in the number of new customers,
counterpart investment mobilized up to €7,445.00.
