The CSIP gives a comprehensive account of the potential mitigation and adaptation intervention of five key sectors at municipal level. The sectors in focus in the CSIP are Energy, Waste Management, Public Services, Transport and the Rural development. Furthermore, the rural development sector is elaborated with its subsectors, such as Agriculture, Biodiversity, Forestry and Rural Tourism. For each of sectors, are defined measures and actions which will contribute to sector decarbonization and adaptation to climate change.
