ReLOaD3, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP in the Western Balkans, aims over the next four years (2025–2028) to strengthen participatory democracy and support the WB’s integration into the EU by empowering civil society to engage actively in decision-making processes and by improving the legal and financial environment for CSOs.

All interested municipalities that have not previously been part of ReLOaD, are invited to submit their applications as outlined below. Through this public call, four (4) new partner municipalities will be selected to receive support in further developing transparent funding mechanisms for projects initiated by civil society organizations.

IMPORTANT: The application process is online. Municipalities or their representatives can request access to the shared folder for their municipality by emailing the UNDP IT Office at it.ks@undp.org  with the subject line "ReLOaD3 Application Access," and upon receiving a folder-sharing email, they can use the provided four-digit code to access, upload, and manage files until the application deadline.

Final deadline for submission of complete applications to UNDP is 16 June 2025 at 16:00hrs

If further information and clarifications are needed, municipality can contact the project team in Kosovo for technical assistance, via e-mail, at: reload.ks@undp.org with the reference to the ReLOaD3 project in title of the e-mail. Questions can be submitted until five days prior to the application deadline.
