First Course Of the Leadership Academy of Guinea-Bissau Completed

The first course of the Leadership Academy on "Leadership and Public Service" started on July 12 at the National School of Administration (ENA), in Bissau, for more 25 director generals coming from different ministries and Secretaries of State of the country, respecting gender parity.

The participants' expectations were high, believing that more and better leadership skills will make them better leaders and professionals in their their work.

The Leadership Academy is an initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the National School of Administration (ENA), in partnership with the Pedro Pires Institute (IPP), and with the financial support of the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund (PBF).
