The Effective Collaborative Action methodology is built on the foundation of 10 years’ experience in transforming food and agricultural commodity systems by UNDP’s Green Commodities Programme.

Over the decade our work has evolved from dialogue and collective action (and our methodology on National Commodity Platforms) to Changing Systems through Collaborative Action. And we are broadening the application from support to commodity production to the transformation of food systems. We believe that Effective Collaborative Action is central to UNDP’s support to countries and partners addressing the root causes and drivers of changing food systems.
