The UNDP Djibouti Country Programme Document (CPD) 2025-2030 outlines a strategic framework supporting Djibouti’s "Vision 2035". 

It focuses on two main outcomes: improving governance systems, access to justice, social cohesion, and promoting economic diversification and climate resilience. Key initiatives include strengthening institutional capacities, engaging women, youth, and marginalized groups in peacebuilding, enhancing climate resilience, and supporting sustainable economic development. 

The CPD prioritizes inclusive approaches and mobilizes $92.6 million through partnerships with government, civil society, and international donors to achieve sustainable, transformative impact for all Djiboutians.
