Description of investment | Provision of professional services to assist seven local communities (LC) in the Turkish Cypriot community in developing, introducing and implementing a tailored energy management system. The assignment is divided in seven outputs. The services will be implemented during a period of 52 weeks. The assignment outputs are:
Deliverable: 2 information sessions organised
Deliverables: LC Energy Policy and Appointment of energy management team for all seven LC.
Deliverable: Assessment Report for each target Local Community
Deliverable: Energy Management Plan for each target Local Community developed and officially endorsed.
Deliverables: Training plans for each target Local Community, Communication plan for each target Local Community and Documentation registry for each target Local Community
Deliverable: Digital energy monitoring platform for each Local Community, and Registry for corrective and preventive actions for each target Local Community |

Scope of works | Energy use by the local communities in the Turkish Cypriot community is inefficient and results in higher energy cost for the local communities. None of them has a systematic approach to address this issue that could help them to improve energy use in a holistic way. |
