Our efforts to involve young people in the work of the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage (TCCH) continued to grow this year. Building on the success of the Heritage Youth Ambassadors (HYA) initiative — first introduced in Phase 6 — we launched a new call for applications to expand the team and bring fresh energy to planned activities.

The second call attracted enthusiastic participants, and new ambassadors joined the programme, adding diversity and impact to the initiative. Throughout this phase, the HYA played an active role in supporting TCCH projects. They contributed to awareness campaigns, documentation efforts, and outreach activities, while also taking the lead in educational and community events designed to connect people with their shared heritage.
