As part of its ongoing commitment to community engagement, a series of locally organized activities were held in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and key partners — including former and current residents, local communities, and civil society organizations. These gatherings aimed to facilitate the exchange of lessons learned, experiences, and best practices in the protection, promotion, and maintenance of cultural heritage.

The community involvement visits were conducted during and after the completion of projects, with the goal of fostering a sense of ownership over the shared heritage and encouraging broader participation in the continued care and preservation of completed initiatives.
